manufacturer’s production facility and are thoroughly familiar with the
manufacturing process, product details and production staff. We are sought out as product consultants by our
manufacturers when they are seeking design improvements and new product
feedback.

wherever possible, to offer our customers the best total value available
anywhere. If you do find a lower price
for an identical product, please let us know—chances are we can meet or beat
the competition’s price and get your accessories in your hands quicker.

It's simple. If you are not entirely satisfied
with any purchase made from IronHorse Trading Company,
you may return it within 30-days for a refund. Any
returns must be in "as-new" condition. Buyer
pays all shipping and insurance costs, both from and
to IronHorse Trading Company. Please call us for
a return materials authorization (RMA) before returning
any items. No returns will be accepted without
a valid RMA number clearly marked on the package.
Product defects are usually handled directly through
the product manufacturer. We will assist you in
getting any problems remedied by the manufacturer.
