I recieved my Boss saddlebags today.  I took them out of the box to inspect them and I was blown away by the quality of the materials, construction, and overall great looks.  My only experience with saddlebags is Harley Davidson product, and these Boss Bags are just head and shoulders above those.  I'll give you some more feedback after I install them, but I wanted to let you know that my first impression is that Boss makes an absolutely outstanding product.  Thanks.

I got the Boss Bags and installed them myself in about 15 minutes. They look great and I had five people inquire about them the first time out. They have an amazing amount of room and they are a breeze to get into. I appreciate your help along the way and it was a pleasure dealing with you.

The Boss Bags arrived this afternoon and are now on my bike. They look better than I had imagined and are everything you said they would be! The installation was simple and straight-forward. If it hadn't been for phone call interruptions and a brief rain shower (I was working outside-no garage), it would have only taken me about an hour. I couldn't be happier!! The whole process was made even better by your help and consideration. I can't thank you enough. I don't have any pics yet...have to get help from my wife to show me how to put them on the computer.
